Job summary

ABA Centers in Plano, TX is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or RBT. BT starts at $19.35/hr and RBT at $21.40/hr, with final compensation based on experience, training and education. Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path toward RBT certification are provided.

Position requires Monday–Friday availability 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM for BT/RBT training and duties, with opportunities for growth and scholarship support toward a Master’s in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate and communicate with BCBAs, team members and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
