Job summary

Texas ABA Centers in Plano, TX seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in diverse settings under supervision. Starting BT pay is $19.35 per hour, with potential for RBT progression and paid training through our academy.

We emphasize growth, mentorship, and advancing toward BCBA certification where the path exists. The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to work mornings to evenings, and a commitment to reliable transportation and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress, document session data accurately and maintain quality.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members and families; participate in meetings.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
