Job summary

The Behavior Exchange in Plano, Texas, is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Part Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to positively impact the lives of children diagnosed with special needs.

In this role, you'll implement ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA and support children and their families through individualized plans. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as active RBT credentials, are required. Competitive pay between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in the Individualized Treatment Plan implementation.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with clinic policies.
