Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in Plano, TX. You will implement individualized treatment plans and track progress in a supportive clinic team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset and flexibility to cover nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
