Job summary

Texas ABA Centers in Plano, TX is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. Starting pay: BT $19.35 per hour; RBT $21.40 per hour, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields preferred.
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• Prior exposure to ABA services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
