Job summary

Texas ABA Centers in Plano, TX is hiring part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Starting pay is $19.35 per hour for BT and $21.40 per hour for RBT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Growth through paid training and ABA Academy of Excellence is offered to earn RBT certification. You will deliver ABA therapy, support families, track progress, and participate in ongoing training under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
