Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, clinic, or school settings.

You will implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families to support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas. Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required, or you can complete a 40-hour RBT course prior to employment.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate, patient and enthusiastic individuals sought.
• 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities required.
• RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years of age.

Aufgaben

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through engaging activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision and team meetings.
