Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Mansfield, MA. You will work one-on-one with clients to develop new skills, reduce challenging behaviours, and increase independence.

Join our team to implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and progress tracking. Training and support are provided in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ABA/Psychology degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient approach to working with individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in homes or community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and maintain progress records.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
