Job summary

Champions ABA in Malden, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home ABA services. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data. You’ll collaborate with BCBA and SLP teams to support skill development and generalization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of ABA therapy or related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and data.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, as directed by the client's treatment plan.
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to help clients develop new skills and behaviors.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, including data collection and reporting.
• Communicate with clients' families and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and SLPs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers to help them generalize client skills and behaviors to natural environments.
