Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Mission Hill, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician – In-Home ABA Services to work with clients in home settings, implementing individualized behavior plans and collecting progress data.

You will collaborate with a team of BCBA professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions, support families, and stay current with ABA best practices while enjoying flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Completion of a behavior technician training program (e.g., RBT, BT) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational and recording skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move quickly around a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in a home-based setting.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to design and deliver interventions.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients and their families.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy and continuing education requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
