Champions ABA - MA in Mission Hill, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician – In-Home ABA Services to work one-on-one with clients in family homes. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams to tailor evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related field degree preferred.
• Experience with data collection and recording in a clinical setting is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a home-based ABA environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans in home-based settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to design and deliver interventions.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients and their families.
• Stay up-to-date with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive team environment.
