Champions ABA - MA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Mansfield, MA. You will work one-on-one with clients to develop new skills, reduce challenging behaviours, and increase independence.

Join our team to implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and progress tracking. Training and support are provided in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Technician to join our team in Mansfield, MA. As a Behaviour Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients in a private setting, providing ABA therapy services to support their unique needs. Your expertise in applied behaviour analysis will help clients develop new skills, reduce challenging behaviours, and increase their independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in their homes or community settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals
• Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to care
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and protocols to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements

• 0 years of experience (recent graduates or professionals transitioning to a new field encouraged to apply)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Compassionate and patient approach to working with individuals with ASD and related conditions
