Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings in Mansfield, MA. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data to support independence and skill development.

Ideal candidates have a compassionate, patient approach, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

0 years of experience; recent graduates or professionals transitioning encouraged to apply.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient approach to working with individuals with ASD and related conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in clients' homes or community settings.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans.
Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
Utilize evidence-based techniques and protocols to deliver high-quality ABA therapy.
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.
