Champions ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician in Andover, MA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and communities, developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress in collaboration with families.

Requirements include BT/CB certification (or willingness to obtain in 6 months), strong ABA knowledge, and excellent communication. Part-time, supportive team, and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• Completion of BT/CB program or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes and communities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with families and healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with families to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.
