Butterfly Effects is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to help children with autism develop communication, social skills, and self-care through ABA-based plans. This part-time role supports families directly, working under a BCBA's guidance.

You will observe progress, record data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent interventions. The position emphasizes ongoing training and respectful family engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained.
• Passion for children and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts/consultants, trainers, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes accurately and timely.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Follows Butterfly Effects policies and procedures.
