Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians for a part-time role in Citrus Heights, CA. You will support children with autism through ABA-based plans under a BCBA, recording progress and managing behaviors in a family-centered setting.

We offer 12–20 hours weekly, with compensation between $24 and $28 per hour. Opportunities for education and growth toward BCBA certification are provided with guidance and financial assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred if already obtained.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Maintains professional communication with parents and staff.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection in online database.
