Butterfly Effects is seeking a passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or center settings. This part-time role offers training, supervision toward BCBA, tuition assistance, and flexible afternoon hours.

You will work with families, teach communication and social skills through play, and be part of a team that values each member. Minimum high school diploma and RBT certification required; valid driver’s license and vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Teach skills to children with autism through play-based activities in home, school, or center settings.
• Provide training and support to families to reinforce learning during sessions.
• Support BCBA-directed treatment plans and document progress.
