Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our center-based team and provide 1-1 treatments in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

BTs will collect data, implement plans, and support families, working both independently and in teams. This part-time role focuses on hands-on care with children ages 2–15 in a center setting, with training and competitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA by training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities as children move through sessions (ages 2–15).
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
