Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a growing team in a center-based setting. BTs work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have current/active RBT certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfort with working with children aged 2–15 years with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities of daily treatment in center-based setting.
