Job summary

Magin Behavioral Therapies in Orange County is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children and adolescents in home and community settings. The role offers afternoon/evening hours (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM) with weekend availability and pay of $23.00-$25.00 per hour.

You will implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision and collaborate with families to extend progress beyond sessions. Training opportunities and developmental support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma.
• Experience with children in school, daycare or related settings.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass an FBI/ DOJ Clearance.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with clients following ABA plans in homes and community.
• Provide parent training to help client progress at home.
• Receive ongoing supervision from BCBA level staff.
• Maintain a positive attitude and passion for helping others.
