Job summary

Right At School in Washington state is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of Educators, ensure safety/compliance, and build strong relationships with families and school partners while guiding daily activities.

You will coach staff, manage attendance, plan enrichment, and monitor a safe, welcoming program environment. The position features early-morning hours, competitive pay, and potential for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities while delivering quality service to staff, families, and school partners
• Experience working with children, including those with unique or special needs
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills with both adults and children
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance
• Keep site documentation, licensing standards, and safety and attendance protocols up to date and compliant with state and company standards
• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate "name to face" attendance records
• Communicate regularly with families, school partners, and your Area Manager, responding promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries during program hours
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum, movement, team games, and independent activity stations delivered by your team
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues or conflicts among staff, students, or families
• Monitor the program environment for safety, addressing hazards and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns promptly and maintain accurate documentation
