Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Pennsylvania to oversee before/after school programs. The role focuses on safe, engaging activities, staff coordination, and strong communication with families. The position supports daily curriculum delivery and compliance with state requirements.

The role is part-time, with split shifts totaling up to 23.75 hours per week, and offers a pay rate of $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with children preferred.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

Safety & Joy: model safety and joy, keep documents up to date, outline attendance and safety procedures.
Effective Communication: engage with families and staff, respond to inquiries during program hours, support program goals.
Safety Assurance: support safety protocols for all participants.
Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-in/out records, follow attendance procedures.
Daily Routine: implement activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
