Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring multiple positions for our Before and After School Program at Bethel Elementary School and Penn-Bernville Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. Opportunities include morning program 7:00 AM - 8:35 AM and afternoon 3:20 PM - 6:30 PM, with options for morning, afternoon, or both.

Pay ranges from $13.50 to $16.00 per hour for part-time, non-exempt roles. Join a team dedicated to safe, engaging activities, homework support, and helping children learn

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working with children under 13.
• Medically cleared of communicable diseases, including TB.
• Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
