Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851, Indianapolis store, part of L'Oreal, is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals. You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage opening/closing procedures, and help maintain visual standards while training new team members.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities helpful (Spanish or Mandarin).
