Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and supervisor experience of at least 2 years.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing reports is a plus.
• Strong understanding of clinical policies and regulations.
• Problem-solving, decision making and analytical abilities required.
• Patient, compassionate and culturally sensitive with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs.
• Conduct weekly in-home, and remote supervision sessions.
• Establish trust with parents to maintain positive relationships.
• Use analytical skills to define goals for each client.
• Analyze behavioral data to guide programs.
• Develop lesson plans and materials per parent training curriculum.
• Increase parent participation in program development and implementation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Supervisors, and other staff.
• Assist in FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks as needed.
• Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism when representing the company.
