Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, data collection, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Experience with ABA or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, FBAs, and reassessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Train staff and supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, progress reports, and supervision logs.
• Ensure treatment integrity and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with families and professionals across settings.
