Job summary

Northwestern Illinois Association (NIA) seeks a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support 68 school districts across Northwestern Illinois. The itinerant role covers 180 days per year, 7.5 hours daily, offering a salary range of $60,080.97 to $106,974.21 based on experience and placement.

Responsibilities include delivering direct behavioral interventions, collaborating with school teams, and maintaining thorough documentation to meet IEP goals.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Illinois licensure or eligibility per ISBE.
• Master’s degree or Doctorate in related fields required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services and interventions per IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, admins, and specialists to develop BIPs and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of services, data collection, and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support accommodations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices.
