Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and staff in a South Holland, IL school setting. The BCBA will float between teams, oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide coaching to educators on behavioral supports.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (35 hours/week) with ASAP start and a completion date of June 14, 2027. Compensation ranges from $55–60+ per hour on W-2, plus medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• IL LBA licensure is required.
• Experience providing behavioral support in a school setting is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Monitor fidelity of behavioral services and interventions.
• Provide behavioral guidance and support to staff members.
• Collaborate with educators and school personnel to address student behavioral needs.
• Ensure consistent and effective behavior supports.
• Provide ongoing consultation and staff support related to behavior programming.
