HAPPYIAN LLC is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Des Plaines, IL. This role offers a flexible schedule and a small caseload of 1–3 clients with no minimum hour requirement.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery.
