Qualifications

• Minimum Master's degree in School Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or Education.
• Current BCBA Certificate required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a school setting.
• Expert knowledge in function-based intervention planning and behavior change strategies.
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches like Conscious Discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral consultation and coaching to programs.
• Support teams in meeting student needs and improving academic and social competence.
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and provide training on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
