Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking a local contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a 2026-2027 school year at a therapeutic day school in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time, in-person role supports multiple classrooms and collaborates with other BCBAs to deliver behavior analytic services.

Responsibilities include implementing behavioral plans, data collection, and direct therapy within a 8:30 AM–3:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, for 41 weeks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Experience supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, and developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple BCBA colleagues to design and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Support 4-5 classrooms serving students with diverse needs in a therapeutic day school setting.
• Provide in-person BCBA services during the stated hours (8:30 AM–3:30 PM).
