LeafWing Center is seeking a part-time BCBA to work with individuals with autism in home, clinic, school, and community settings. You will assess clients, develop ABA-based plans, supervise technicians, and ensure high-quality clinical care.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in a relevant field, BCBA certification, and strong ABA knowledge, with previous experience and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Paid training and certification support provided.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial assessments, FBAs, and reassessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on data.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Train staff and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Maintain accurate session notes, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Ensure treatment integrity and ethical compliance.
• Collaborate with families and professionals across settings.
