LeafWing Center in California is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to work with children with autism across home, clinic, school and community settings. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Experience in ABA or with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Paid training, professional development, and certification support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs, and reassessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Train staff and provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, progress reports, and supervision logs.
• Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals for consistency.
