Job summary

LeafWing Center in Apple Valley, CA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with autism across home, clinic, school and community settings. The role involves assessment, creating ABA treatment plans, supervising technicians, and ensuring high-quality clinical care.

The position is part-time with competitive pay. The candidate should have a Master’s degree in ABA/psychology or related field and BCBA certification; experience with ABA and developmental disabilities

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and reassessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Train staff and provide supervision and clinical direction to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, progress reports, and supervision logs.
• Ensure treatment integrity and compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.

Education

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
