Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time BCBA for in-home ABA services in the Groton, CT area. You will work with children and families, delivering individualized ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists is preferred.
• Connecticut BCBA licensure or ability to obtain is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and BIP.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance documents.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Ensure services comply with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
