Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time BCBA to join our team providing in-home ABA services throughout the New Haven, Connecticut area. You will work with children and families in their homes, delivering individualized ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the New Haven area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
