Job summary

Solara Autism Services in Fairfield County, Connecticut, is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Behavior Therapist to work one-on-one with children in their homes under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

This role offers flexible hours, paid training, RBT certification support, and ongoing BCBA supervision, with opportunities for career advancement within our growing in-home ABA program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA experience is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required - paid training provided.
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout Fairfield County.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and complete daily documentation.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training.
