Job summary
Solara Autism Services is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in home-based ABA services for children with autism.
You will provide parent training, track progress, and collaborate with educational teams while maintaining BACB ethical standards. Arizona licensure or the ability to obtain it is required, with flexible scheduling and strong clinical
Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Arizona licensure or ability to obtain it.
- Experience with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs.
- Provide parent training and caregiver support.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
- Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards.
