Proud Moments ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. This full-time role combines clinical excellence with practical supervision of our team, focusing on data-driven interventions and family collaboration to maximize learner outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA license, a master’s in a relevant field, and a proven track record delivering effective behavioral interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or exam timeline (next 3 months) allowed for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise to develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure understanding of assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of the team of behavioral technicians.
• Carefully monitor physical interactions during sessions, including movement with children aged 2–15.
