Accurate ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to lead functional assessments, design and supervise ABA programs, and train staff across settings. You will work with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent progress and skill generalization.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, ongoing program adjustments, and monthly parent trainings, with part-time scheduling available within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the BACB.
• Maryland license to practice behavior analysis.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a behavior analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other assessments to identify function of behavior and plan interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians and staff involved in BIP implementation.
• Monitor client progress by collecting data and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and professionals to ensure consistency.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Stay updated with ABA research and incorporate best practices.
