Accurate ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Westminster, Maryland to join a supportive team. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized BIPs, and oversee program delivery across environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, or education.
• BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
• Maryland license to practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other assessments to identify function and plan interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians and staff involved in plan implementation.
• Monitor client progress using quantitative and qualitative data and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers and professionals to ensure generalization.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA.
