Accurate ABA in Maryland is seeking a highly skilled BCBA to conduct FBAs, develop and supervise BIPs, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes consistent progress and generalization of skills across environments.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA and Maryland license, with 1+ year of experience and strong ABA knowledge. This part-time/part-time-friendly opportunity includes supervision of staff and ongoing parent training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by BACB.
• Maryland License to practice as a BCBA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a behavior analyst, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other assessments to identify function of behavior.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs based on ABA.
• Supervise and train behavior techs, therapists, and staff.
• Monitor client progress with data collection and analysis; adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and professionals for consistency.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
