Accurate ABA is seeking a highly skilled BCBA in Maryland to lead assessments, develop and oversee ABA programs, and provide supervision to staff. You will work with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure measurable progress and generalization of skills.

The role requires a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and Maryland license, with 1+ year of relevant experience. The position emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in ABA/related field; BCBA required.
• Maryland license and BCBA certification required.
• 1+ year of experience as a behavior analyst, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and assessments to identify function of behavior and plan interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff.
• Monitor progress using data collection and analysis; adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and professionals to generalize skills across environments.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA.
