Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA to deliver ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, work with families, and provide mentorship to RBTs and BTs while maintaining clinical documentation.

You will join a collaborative team led by experienced BCBAs, with ongoing professional development, paid training, and a supportive culture focused on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJ LBA licensure and BCBA certification.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and BTs with quality care.
• Strong commitment to ethical and evidence‑based ABA practices.
• Experience working in center-based clinical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team development.
