Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings in New Jersey.

You will develop individualized treatment programs, supervise RBTs and BTs, collaborate with families, and monitor client progress with data-driven decisions to support meaningful outcomes for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set goals.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other providers.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
