Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-home and community-based ABA services. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable providing supervision & mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to quality care.
• Strong understanding of ethical and evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and use data to guide goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor client progress and modify programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers.
• Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
