Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC Passaic County, Wayne, NJ, is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services. The role offers flexible scheduling, hourly compensation, and the chance to develop individualized treatment programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

As part of the team, you’ll supervise RBTs/BTs, use data to set goals, collaborate with families and educators, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
