Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC seeks a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community ABA services in Union County, NJ. The role emphasizes individualized treatment plans, supervision of RBTs/BTs, and collaboration with families and schools.

You will build skills through data-driven treatment, ongoing professional development, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to ethical, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable supervising RBTs and BTs; strong ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to staff.
• Monitor progress and modify programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes.
