Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Union County, NJ is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services. You will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collect data to ensure progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable supervising and mentoring RBTs and BTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team development.
