Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA to deliver ABA services in home, school, and community settings. The role involves building individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and supervising RBTs and BTs with strong ethical practice.

You will work with children with autism and developmental disabilities, requiring collaboration with families and professionals to ensure skill generalization and fidelity in treatment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience delivering ABA to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and set data-driven goals.
• Provide supervision and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor progress and modify programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other providers.
